From Foundation to Leadership
EXPERIENCE
Foundation (1996 – 2004)
During this period, I focused on building a strong academic and professional foundation. After completing multiple degrees in Islamic Studies, Arabic, and Education, I engaged in initial teaching roles, community educational programs, and language instruction. This phase helped me develop core teaching skills and a passion for lifelong learning.
Professional Establishment (2004 – 2011)
In 2004, I officially joined the Government of Punjab, Education Department, as an Educator (EST). My role involved teaching English, Arabic, and Urdu at the secondary school level. I also participated in curriculum development initiatives, teacher training programs, and began conducting small-scale research projects to improve classroom methodologies.
Academic Growth & Research (2011 – 2020)
This phase marked a significant step in my academic career. I completed my M.A. in Education in 2011 and later pursued an M.Phil in Islamic Studies from the University of Lahore, graduating in 2020 with distinction (CGPA 3.7/4.0). During this time, I contributed to research publications and attended multiple national and international seminars and conferences, enhancing my expertise in educational and Islamic research.
Advanced Research & Leadership (2020 – Present)
Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Sciences at Lincoln University College, Malaysia, focusing on integrating Islamic ethical principles with contemporary social and educational challenges. Alongside research, I continue to teach and mentor students while actively participating in academic discussions, international conferences, and educational development programs. My aim is to combine research-driven insights with practical strategies to improve education systems and social awareness.
